Shipping policy

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is carried out by the Royal Mail or Tracked Courier. Delivery dates are estimated to arrive within 2-4 working days.  Standard Delivery charges start from £3.60 for items weighing up to 1kg.  Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout and may vary according to the weight of a product.  

Heavy Goods Delivery - 3kg plus

For items over 3kg and/or bulky items we use a tracked courier service door to door.  Due to the the weight of these items please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.  They will very often arrive sooner but we must allow our couriers 3-5 working days.  

Express Tracked Delivery

Items are shipped the same day if the order is placed before midday.  We use the Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service which usually arrives next working day mainland UK. Please allow up to 2 working days for Islands and Highlands.
